Colby Ryan is in her second season as an assistant coach after joining the Jags staff in August of 2023. Ryan played collegiate basketball at Northwest Florida State College and Saint Leo University. She was a four-year varsity letterman member of the Spain Park Girls Basketball team from 2008-2011. Ryan spent her summers competing in AAU for the Alabama Lasers and Alabama Roadrunners programs. Ryan's professional experience includes having held various positions within Division 1 college athletics from 2014-2022, including at her alma mater, the University of South Florida. She has worked in NCAA Compliance offices for Baylor University (2015-2017), DePaul University (2017-2018), and St. John's University (2018-2022).
