Spain Park Athletics

Coach Robinson is married to Brandie Robinson. They have four children - Faith, Daris Jr., Isaiah, and Nia - and one grandson, Xavier. 

He joined the varsity football staff at Spain Park in 2023 after coaching eleven years at Berry Middle School, where he was the Co-Defensive coordinator and helped coach them to their 1st Metro Championship in 2022. He has coached defensive positions such as DL and LBs.

Coach Robinson graduated from Ensley Magnet High School in 2000 where he played football. He attended Tusculum University where he played football for four years and received a Bachelor of Sports Management degree. In 2003, Tusculum won the school’s first (SAC) South Atlantic Conference Championship. Coach Robinson finished his college career 1st all-time tackles for loss, 6th all-time in tackles, and 2nd all-time in sacks.
