Thomas Hammock joined the Jags staff in 2022 as an assistant baseball coach. He teaches 7th grade at Berry and coaches football there as well. He is originally from New Hope, AL and is an alum of Birmingham-Southern College where he received a B.A. in History. He then attended the University of Montevallo, receiving a Master’s in Secondary Education as well as Instructional Leadership. Thomas has previous experience at Helena Middle and High School for ten years serving as a middle school football coach, head middle school baseball coach, and an assistant varsity baseball coach. He is married to Katie Hammock and they have two children, Sam and Caroline.
